Q: What is the minimum order quantity? Do you support small-batch customization?

A: We support orders of 20 pieces or more.

≤50 items: Full payment required at once.

>50items:A 30% deposit or full payment can be made in one lump sum.

Flexible production: Even small orders can be delivered quickly in 7-15 days.

Q: How are royalties calculated? What are the pricing standards for the first edition, duplicate edition, and full-color edition?

A:

First/Second Edition: A plate fee of 1.5 times the ex-factory price of the bulk order will be charged (including proofing and modification fees);

All-color version (boot-up version): calculated based on the actual ex-factory price of bulk goods (i.e., the unit price for mass production);

Plate fee deduction: If the subsequent order quantity is ≥100 pieces, 50% of the plate fee can be refunded; if it is ≥300 pieces, the full amount will be refunded.

Q: Who bears the shipping costs? What are the shipping rules for first editions, reprints, and bulk orders?

A:

First edition/Reprint: Domestic shipping costs are borne by the sender (our company); international express shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All colors/Bulk shipment: All logistics costs (including domestic transportation and customs duties) are borne by the customer.

Q: How can I confirm that the product quantity and price are correct? How should the contract be signed?

A: Before you place an order, we will send you an electronic order confirmation form, listing the style, quantity, unit price, and other terms. The order becomes effective upon online confirmation and stamping/signing by both parties. If changes are needed during production, a new version must be confirmed.

Q: How do I pay after placing an order? How are the deposit and final payment handled?

A: After order confirmation, you need to pay 30% of the total amount as a deposit (or choose to pay the full amount in one lump sum). We will begin production after receiving the deposit, and will notify you to inspect the goods upon completion. The remaining 70% balance is required before shipment. We will arrange logistics and shipment immediately upon receiving the balance. 

Q: What payment methods are available? Do you support bank transfers to corporate accounts or Hong Kong accounts?

A:

Mainland China Payment: We accept bank transfers (RMB), Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Official invoices can be issued. For bank transfers, please include the order number in the remarks for financial verification.

Hong Kong Account: We support HKD/USD transfers to our designated Hong Kong account (account information will be provided separately by customer service after placing the order). Please include the order number and specify "HKD payment" or "USD payment" in the remarks.

Q: How long is the production cycle? How long after the final payment is received will the goods be shipped?

A:

Small batch orders (≤100 pieces): Production cycle approximately 7-15 days;

Large batch orders (≥100 pieces): Production schedule to be discussed separately;

After final payment is received: Shipment will be arranged within 1-3 business days, and the tracking number will be sent to you simultaneously.

Q: Can I get my deposit back? What if I want to cancel the order midway through?

A: The deposit serves as a production guarantee. If you cancel the order due to your reasons, the deposit will not be refunded; if we are unable to fulfill the contract (e.g., due to delays or quality issues), the deposit will be fully refunded. We recommend confirming your requirements before placing an order to avoid unnecessary losses.

Q: What is the default packaging for international shipping of products?

A: International orders are uniformly packaged in reinforced cardboard boxes, requiring no additional notes or procedures.
